How to Bid

   Shopping an Estate Sale has never been easier.  With our online auction software you can view and bid on an estate sale from the comforts of your home.  At Coastal Estate Auctions we use the hi-bid auction software to host our estate sales.  To get started go to any current auction. On the top bar you will see 'Log In/New Bidder'. Clicking this tab will allow you to register for the hi-bid auction software. Once you are registered just click on the auction you want to bid on. You must agree to the Terms Service for each individual auction you bid on. Bidding is as simple as a click of a button. Once you find the lot you wish to bid on just click on the 'Bid' button.  If you are the highest bidder for a lot it will show in green. If you have been outbid it will show in red. We use extended bidding for our auctions. If a bid is placed within 2 minutes of a lot closing then 2 minutes will be added to the lot end time. After the auction has concluded an invoice will be emailed to you with lots won including buyers premium and local sales tax plus the location of the auction pickup. Click on the 'Pay Now'  button to pay your invoice. On Auction Pickup day just bring your paid invoice image/printout and your items will be ready.  Don't forget to bring everything you might need to get your new treasures back home safely.
